The Water Services Association of Australia, the Irrigation Association of Australia, the Nursery and Garden Industry of Australia and the Australian Water Association have developed the Smart Approved WaterMark scheme.
The key objectives of the Smart Approved WaterMark scheme are to assist in the reduction of per capita water consumption in the areas of outdoor water-use via the labelling of appropriate water using/saving products and water related services and organisations.
The Smart Approved WaterMark scheme is not-for-profit, voluntary and applications are assessed by an independent expert panel.
